Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Urgent Care clinic in Gretna. The role requires performing diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring patient care, and supporting department workflow during evenings and weekends.

The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and requires ARRT registration, radiographer license, and BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire). Previous radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate degree from ARRT-recognized Radiology program.
• Bachelor degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• 1 year radiology experience preferred.
• Current ARRT registration and radiographer license required; BLS preferred/required within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging examinations.
• Identifies each patient by two identifiers and explains the pending procedure.
• Maintains department workflow and ensures accurate orders and patient data.
• Operates RIS/Cerner and PACS systems; documents exposures and results.
• Assists physicians, patients, and coworkers during exams as needed.
