Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Methodist Physicians Clinic - Millard Urgent Care in Omaha. The role involves performing basic X-ray procedures within license scope and delivering compassionate, age-appropriate patient care.

You will document patient records, participate in Quality Control, and engage in activities that support patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency. A RAD.TEMP or RAD.LIM license is required by state, with BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at the senior level in a Radiologic Technology degree program.
• Temporary Medical Radiographer (RAD.TEMP) or Limited Radiologic Technologist (RAD.LIM) license required in the work state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS strongly preferred at time of hire and required within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs limited diagnostic radiographic procedures within scope of license (no CT, contrast, fluoroscopy, or mammography).
• Ensures safe, age-appropriate patient care.
• Provides patient education and addresses patient concerns.
• Completes documentation of patient x-ray records and quality control processes.
• Contributes to positive financial performance and customer satisfaction through value-added activities.
