Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Radiology Technologist in Omaha, NE for a part-time, first shift role. The position requires a JRCERT-accredited radiology program, Nebraska licensure, and ARRT certification (or eligibility) within one year of hire. BLS certification from an AHA-endorsed program is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in diagnostic radiology, strong patient interaction, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with imaging systems and PACS.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in radiology.
• ARRT certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification, in all practice specialty areas.
• Currently licensed in the state of Nebraska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnostic radiological imaging and patient care to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians and customers in and outside the radiology department.
