Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply pharmacy school learnings in real-world practice within CVS retail locations. You will work under a licensed pharmacist, following SOPs, and participate in a structured training roadmap with KLEs designed to build hands-on experience in patient care, immunizations, and pharmacy operations.

You will gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while contributing to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions and follow SOPs to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Support pharmacy team with prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and clinical activities where allowed by state regulation.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support business needs.
