Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Director in Training at our Midland, TX club to learn and perform the full PT Director role while personally servicing clients. You will support the PT Director, develop trainers, drive revenue, and uphold an exceptional member experience.

The role emphasizes leadership development, enrollment growth, and hands-on coaching of trainers toward Director readiness. A strong path to the full Director role is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited PT certification (NASM or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full PT Director responsibilities under guidance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, guiding toward goals.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership coursework and Director readiness on schedule.
• Model company standards and core values on the training floor.
