Qualifications

• 18 years of age; able to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn meat cutting and preparation techniques through hands-on training.
• Assist with cutting, trimming, wrapping, packaging, and merchandising meat.
• Learn equipment operation, handling, and maintenance.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Progress through training for advancement within the Meat Department.
