Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in cutting, trimming, deboning, and grinding meat.
• Operate knives, saws, grinders and other tools safely.
• Learn different meat cuts and best practices.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Support inventory management and assist customers.
• Help with receiving and inspecting meat deliveries.
• Collaborate with meat department team to meet goals.
