Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Edmond, OK is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture while driving profitability and delivering exceptional member experiences. You’ll energize the team, lead hiring and onboarding, and maintain high standards across the club’s operations.

Demonstrated leadership in a service or fitness environment is essential, with a focus on KPI driven results, staff development, and delivering a warm, welcoming, clean facility

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance
