Qualifications

• We aim to develop irrigation and chemical application skills and crew management to build a foundation toward becoming a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and log water usage in pump houses.
• Maintain, adjust to, and repair Toro irrigation system; assist with larger scale repairs or projects.
• Calibrate sprayers and fertilizer spreaders, perform applications, and maintain records with GreenKeeper software.
• Conduct weekend job assignments and meetings using TaskTracker.
• Train crew members on maintenance equipment and golf course practices.
• Lead team to complete in-house improvement projects.
• Perform course setup, hand watering, moisture management, and data collection.
• Winter work includes snow removal using snowplows, tractors, snow blowers, and hand-shoveling.
