Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a General Manager for a Bojangles restaurant in Beaufort, SC, to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a high-performing team within an independently owned franchise.

You will recruit and develop shift leaders and crew, ensure food safety compliance, manage labor and costs, and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives to boost brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or food service management experience recommended.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving performance targets.
