Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is actively seeking Apprentices to grow into General Managers by assisting in daily restaurant operations.

You will learn to hire and train staff, deliver a Guest Obsessed experience, and manage on-site operations to ensure fast, accurate service and a exceptional guest experience. You’ll train with Chipotle’s tools, handle scheduling, P&L, and recruiting while maintaining a clean, compliant, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn General Manager role.
• Experience in restaurant management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant (scheduling, P&L management, sales-forecasting, recruiting)
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek (with overtime) including evenings and weekends
