Story Inc is seeking a Junior Producer / Production Coordinator to help bring high-end commercial and branded content to life. You will work closely with producers and the creative team, coordinating crews, locations, equipment, and travel, while staying ahead of deadlines and budgets.

This role offers hands-on experience across pre-production, production, and post-production, with opportunities to grow into a producer lead on future projects.

Qualifications

• Some experience in film or production environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple details.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Keep productions moving by coordinating schedules, crew, equipment, locations, and travel.
• Research locations, source equipment, and coordinate vendors to solve challenges.
• Coordinate crews and vendors; ensure clear communications and access to information.
• Maintain calendars, call sheets, contacts, budgets, and production documents.
• Support shoots on set and manage day-of logistics to keep things running smoothly.
• Track budgets and expenses, prepare estimates, and keep finances organized.
• Support projects from pre-production through post-production and end-to-end delivery.
• Take ownership by anticipating needs and solving problems without waiting for instructions.
