Job summary

Storyfi, LLC. is seeking a proactive Jr. Producer to support the production team while leading social-first content efforts. The role blends production support with creating social cuts and digital strategies, spanning pre-production to on-location shoots.

You will work closely with the COO/CCO, with travel up to 10% within Michigan, and develop high-quality social assets for web and digital platforms.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating social-first content creation.
0-2 years of experience in video production.
Experience with social-first content strategies is a major plus.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in visual/media communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pivot traditional long-form content into high-performing social media cuts for credit union platforms.
Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video and audio content for web and digital platforms.
Support pre-production logistics: location scouting, equipment preparation, and talent coordination.
Handle footage logging, rough cuts, color correction, and basic motion graphics for social reels.
Maintain project organization and media archiving to ensure a seamless workflow.
Shadow senior producers and report to the COO/CCO to gain mentorship.
Collaborate with production and strategy teams to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
