You’ll present budgets and timelines, build scalable production systems, and shield the creative team from operational friction so they can focus on making compelling launches.

Qualifications

• Own production end-to-end for shoots including budgeting, scheduling, locations, crew and logistics.
• Build and manage multiple budgets in real time and flag overruns early.
• Prepare and present detailed budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports.
• Produce every shoot on set and ensure the Director of Photography has what they need.
• Source, vet, and manage production contractors and talent logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning end to end - scheduling, budgeting, locations, crew, logistics, and vendor coordination for every shoot, from the first booking to wrap.
• Build and manage multiple production budgets at once, tracking spend in real time and flag overruns before they become a problem.
• Prepare and present detailed budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports with a creative-first lens - you're protecting the vision, not just the spreadsheet.
• Produce every shoot on set - run the day, hold the schedule, and ensure the DP has what they need to deliver.
• Source, vet, and manage production contractors for each shoot - brief them clearly and maintain standards.
• Coordinate all talent logistics - travel, accommodations, call times, and on-set care so talent can perform.
• Liaise with GM on financial performance, reporting and capacity planning.
• Identify bottlenecks before they become emergencies and build scalable systems to preserve quality and speed.
• Protect the creative team from operational friction so their only job is the work itself.
