Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an Apprentice, Facilities Manager to lead regional Facilities Specialists, drive M&R priorities, and mentor a small team. You will partner with the FM to monitor budgets, manage remodel projects, and coordinate with vendors and operations staff across designated restaurants.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to travel occasionally to support multiple locations while maintaining Chipotle's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Facilities experience in Specialist or Manager role.
• Knowledge of the Facilities Specialist role and duties.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Identify top performers and empower leaders.
• Ownership mentality aligned with Chipotle culture.
• Top performer with mentoring abilities.
• Able to read, write, and speak the primary language.
• Proficient with PC programs such as Excel, Word, and Reporting Services.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• P-Card Excellence Rating of 2+ and minimal variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Facilities items within a microregion with 4–6 direct reports.
• Ensure regional FS meet budgetary requirements for M&R.
• Mentor and develop FS staff; recognize contributions.
• Lead FS performance and Ownership for restaurants in region.
• Maintain FS inventory, trucks, uniforms, and paperwork timely.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies (people, safety, assets, travel).
• Empower FS to meet high standards via restaurant visits and vendor relations.
• Communicate clearly with Wynkoop staff, management, and Development teams.
• Lead minor remodel projects from scope to budget approval and partner with FM.
