Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an Apprentice, Facilities Manager to oversee Facilities Specialists in a regional microarea, including budget oversight, project scope, and mentorship.

You will lead safety, asset control, and operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cost discipline. The role emphasizes ownership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with store staff and vendors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• Facilities experience in either the Specialist or Manager role.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Ownership mindset and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Facilities related items within a microregion, including 4-6 direct reports.
• Ensure regional Facilities Specialists meet budgetary requirements for M&R and reinvestment work.
• Mentor and develop FSs; drive ownership and performance.
• Maintain FS inventory, ensure trucks and uniforms meet standards, and complete paperwork timely.
• Foster vendor relationships and clear cross-functional communications.
• Lead minor remodel projects; coordinate with Regional FM.
• Attend kick-off calls when the FM is unavailable.
