Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group seeks a talented early-career leader for its Executive Director in Training program. The EDIT will work with the leadership team to learn daily operations, assist with responsibilities of both Executive Director and Business Office Manager, and become familiar with regional accounting and operational systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role; 5 years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Department Management: Learn and observe the operations of each department to ensure compliance with guidelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Daily Operations: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and assist in overseeing overall community management.
• HR and Payroll: Complete new hire paperwork, process timecard adjustments, and support HR administrative functions.
• Resident and Family Interaction: Respond to resident and family concerns and provide solutions related to business office operations.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Work with the sales team to help develop marketing plans, support sales goals, and track move-ins/move-outs.
• Financial Oversight: Review accounts receivable and assist with collection efforts, including contacting residents and responsible parties.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks to contribute to community success.
