• Experience with computers and basic store systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train deli staff to ensure courteous guest service.
• Meet budgeted sales, shrink, and profit targets for the deli.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies in the department.
• Operate deli department per merchandising and operational programs.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Assist with scheduling and labor budgeting in the department.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Merchandiser as required.
