Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

• Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate construction projects including new facilities, expansions, or renovations with project team and site management.
• Develop assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the project duration.
• Organize and direct construction personnel and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget; conduct status updates and cost analysis.
• Review reports to determine project status and necessary actions; perform budget analyses.
• Conduct pre-job planning meetings and maintain current project schedules; align with master schedule.
• Establish subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
• Communicate project issues to management promptly.
• Assemble project estimates and ensure proper loading into cost systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure cash flow.
• Manage conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or partners.
• Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Visit job sites, perform inspections, and resolve project issues.
