Successful completion positions you for a Chef Manager role, with mentorship from an experienced preceptor and structured leadership assessments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years of food service experience preferred, in catering or banquet settings.
• Interest in working with older population and ability to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid 6-month CMIT program to develop leadership and culinary skills.
• Shadow a Chef Manager and complete rotations across the food service program.
• Demonstrate progress through mentorship, assessments, and hands-on experience.
