As the Chef Manager, you will lead all aspects of our restaurant-style culinary operation, overseeing kitchen leadership, food quality, menu execution, team development, food safety, purchasing, inventory management, and resident dining satisfaction. This leadership role is ideal for experienced an Chef Manager or Executive Chef with a background in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, resorts, country clubs, private clubs, healthcare, or senior living who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading high-performing teams.
Working alongside a dedicated culinary team, you will help create memorable dining experiences that combine outstanding food, thoughtful presentation, and personalized hospitality. Supported by experienced Regional Culinary and Operations leaders, you will play a key role in establishing a culture of culinary excellence, hospitality, and restaurant-quality dining that reflects the elevated expectations of a discerning resident population and Belmont Village's reputation for exceptional service.
