Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge and procedures, including cake program, seasonal items and color mixing.
• Follow procedures to meet store out-of-stock goals and WOW the guest.
• Prepare and decorate bakery products for cases and displays with fresh dates.
• Maintain safety and sanitation as top priorities for team and guests.
• Provide exemplary customer service by helping guests locate products and answering questions.
• Record special orders accurately to delight customers and manage backroom spaces.
