The role focuses on training across Bakery Clerk and Baker functions, with opportunities to grow into leadership while fostering creativity and culinary passion. Ideal candidates are team players who can support the bakery team, connect with guests, and carry out food safety standards while crafting visually

Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience in bakery or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge and procedures for bakery items, including cake program and color mixing.
• Follow procedures to meet stock and display goals.
• Apply merchandising principles to generate sales and WOW customers.
• Maintain safety and sanitation as a top priority.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping guests locate products and answering questions.
• Prepare and decorate cakes for Bakery displays, ensuring freshness and proper dating.
• Record special orders accurately and manage back room cleanliness.
