Qualifications

• Experience 0–6 months or less in a similar role.
• No High School diploma required.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge and procedures for bakery items.
• Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock goals.
• Apply merchandising to generate sales and WOW guests.
• Maintain safety as a top priority for team and products.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests in locating products.
