Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee in San Francisco is seeking a Leader in Training to guide cafe teams and uphold Blue Bottle's standards of hospitality and coffee excellence. You will act in the absence of the Cafe Leader, manage operations, and drive a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.

Relocation within a 50-mile radius is required. You will collaborate on staffing, inventory, and shop performance while coaching teammates, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a leadership role or experience leading a team.
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or will complete within 90 days post-hire.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtained within 30 days post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafe operations in the absence of the Cafe Leader.

• Recruit and manage performance through feedback and mentoring.
