Job summary

Troon is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional and Tournament Coordinator at Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, FL. You will assist with daily golf operations, coordinate tournaments, manage registrations, and support event planning from start to finish.

Responsibilities include preparing event materials, updating records, and collaborating with departments to ensure seamless tee times, billing, and member services while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of golf operations and tournament coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tournaments and events from planning through completion with accurate records.
• Prepare outing materials, scorecards, and pairing sheets; assist with golfer registration.
• Coordinate setup and staffing with management and departments to ensure smooth events.
