Centria Autism in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA teams, mentor clinicians, and uphold clinical excellence. You’ll shape care, drive outcomes, and champion assent-based practices across the region.

You'll oversee Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, coordinate with directors and operations, and provide targeted training while offering growth opportunities into area leadership roles and a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or proven case oversight and mentor experience at Centria (min 2 years).
• Crisis management experience in high-stress clinical moments valued.
• Fluency with evidence-based ABA practices (PFA, SBT, assent-based ABA) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical teams and oversee client care to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians with regular feedback and case reviews.
• Lead clinical excellence efforts by evaluating treatment fidelity and supervision practices.
• Deliver targeted training workshops for clinicians to maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing and service quality.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program development.
