You will serve as the primary contact for drivers and customers, ensure DOT compliance and maintain precise records. The role combines scale software proficiency with strong administrative skills, safety focus, and effective communication with dispatchers, plant operators and drivers to keep loading, leveling and invoicing operations

Qualifications

• OSHA compliance and regulations knowledge.
• Accurate data entry and ticketing procedures.
• Experience with scale operations and weighing software.
• Familiarity with DOT/weight limit rules and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated truck scales and weigh loads accurately.
• Enter customer data and product codes into ticketing system.
• Ensure outbound trucks meet state laws and company standards.
• Coordinate with plant operators and dispatch for smooth loading.
• Provide customer service and handle inquiries about pricing and scheduling.
• Maintain safety training and keep detailed records.
