You will operate scales, enter data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain safety and accuracy while coordinating with foremen, dispatch, and loaders. On‑site role with external travel between plants.

Qualifications

• OSHA regulations knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency with proprietary weighing software and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to ensure compliance with DOT and weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scales and capture tare and gross weights.
• Enter customer data and haulage details into the ticketing system.
• Ensure outbound trucks meet weight limits and quality standards.
• Coordinate with plant operators to match load tonnage and product.
