You will manage raw material stockpiles, feed the cold bins with precision, and ensure continuous production while upholding Guardian Angel safety culture.

This mid-level role requires 2–4 years of experience operating heavy equipment in an asphalt environment, CDL A/B is a plus, and a strong focus on mechanical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B highly preferred.
• 2–4 years of heavy equipment operation experience in an asphalt plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders (e.g., Cat 980/988) to feed cold feed bins.
• Organize and maintain stockpiles; manage yard space and moisture control.
• Operate skid steers, water trucks, backhoes, and man-lifts for maintenance and site cleanliness.
• Monitor raw material quality and report issues before entering production.
