Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt plant controls to weigh, feed, and mix aggregates and asphalt cement per production requirements.
• Monitor dryer temperatures, material flow, and plant settings to ensure consistent quality.
• Oversee loading of finished asphalt into trucks.
• Assist with maintenance, inspections, and repairs of plant equipment.
• Complete daily production and maintenance reports and document issues.
• Use hand tools and maintenance equipment as trained.
• Respond to material orders via phone/radio and enter order information as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
