Talley Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to support plant operations at multiple Tennessee locations. You will operate loaders to maintain production levels, stockpile materials, and assist with routine equipment maintenance in varied shifts.

Applicants should be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, adhere to PPE policies, and cooperate with coworkers while maintaining safety and quality standards. Drug testing and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Crew members are essential to plant operations at various locations by utilizing loaders to maintain production levels.
