Talley Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator in the Chattanooga area to support plant operations by using loaders to maintain production.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts in varying weather conditions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and be able to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must partner with plant staff to meet daily schedules.
• Physical ability to operate loader on rough terrain.
• Shift length is 8–12 hours.
• Stockpile using loader ensuring safe material supply.
• May need to use power and/or hand tools.
• May oil, grease and service equipment.
• Attendance as per policy.
• Maintain courteous and professional conduct.
• Adhere to PPE policy.
• Willing to assist other positions.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
