Job summary

Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to join our South Shore Asphalt team in Louisiana. The role requires operating a Front End Loader, ManLift, and Fork Lift, and performing material handling duties at the plant.

Candidates should be reliable, able to work outdoors in various weather, and have at least 1 year of outdoor road/construction experience; strong math and data analysis skills expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field outdoors.
• Experience operating Front End Loader, ManLift and Fork Lift.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and stock piles.
• Load trucks and fill hoppers.

• Experience Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat and humidity


• Able to individually lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 70 lbs.


• Observe all safety protocol.
