Talley Construction, a CRH Company, in Chattanooga, TN, is hiring an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator. You will work with plant crews to load and stockpile materials, maintain production schedules, and support safety and efficiency at multiple locations around the region.

The role requires teamwork in coordinating with foremen, lifting and operating a loader on rough terrain, and complying with PPE and site policies. High school diploma preferred; drug test and background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to partner with plant staff to maintain operations.
• Physical ability to operate loader on rough terrain.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to maintain production levels at various locations.
• Support plant personnel under extreme temperatures and long hours.
• Adhere to PPE policy and maintain PPE in good condition.
