Job summary

Talley Construction is seeking an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to support plant operations at multiple sites in the Chattanooga, TN area. You will operate a loader to stockpile and supply raw materials, working as part of a crew under the plant foreman to meet daily schedules.

Responsibilities include routine equipment maintenance, adherence to PPE policies, and willingness to assist with other positions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to operate loader on rough terrain and assist plant personnel.
• Shift length is 8–12 hours.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to stockpile using loader with safe, efficient material handling.
• May oil, grease, service and adjust equipment as needed.
• Adhere to PPE policy and maintain PPE in good condition.
• Willingness to perform/assist with other positions for job completion.
