Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support daily production tasks at our Ohio plant. The role involves operating a loader and other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring safe, efficient handling of materials and timely service to customers.

Responsibilities include ramping stock piles, assisting with breakdowns, and performing routine maintenance. Candidates should be able to work nights/weekends and travel if required, with a strong commitment to safety and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience or training
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions

Responsibilities

• Primary operation of a Loader and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Ramp stock piles and load customers safely and promptly.
• Assist in equipment breakdowns and perform general plant duties.
• Clean around the plant and surroundings.
• Lubricate and perform general equipment maintenance.
• Follow directions accurately.
