Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is a vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mix concrete and paving services throughout Ohio. This role supports the Plant Operator with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing plant-related tasks.

Key duties include loading stockpiles, safely loading customers, and assisting in breakdowns while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate loader and other heavy equipment safely.
• Ramp stockpiles and load customers safely and promptly.
• Assist in breakdowns and general plant maintenance.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Loader and other heavy equipment on various job sites.
• Ramp stockpiles and load customers safely and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in the event of a breakdown and maintain cleanliness around plants.
• Lubricate and perform general equipment maintenance.
• Follow directions and work in a team environment.
• Report to designated start times and adhere to schedules.
