Job summary

The Shelly Company in Ohio is seeking a Loader/Heavy Equipment Operator to support daily plant production. You will operate a loader and other machinery, stockpile ramping, and assist with maintenance and safety procedures on site.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to read safety rules and manuals, and lift 25+ pounds. Occasional travel and night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (25+ pounds).

Responsibilities

• Operate a Loader and other heavy equipment as required at the job site.
• Ramp stockpiles and load customers safely and promptly.
• Assist in equipment breakdowns and perform general plant maintenance.
• Support crew with general labor tasks and follow directions.
• Report for duty on time and adhere to safety procedures.
