Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to assist the plant team with daily production tasks. You will operate a loader and other heavy equipment, load stockpiles, and support maintenance, safety, and general plant duties at Ohio sites.

Applicant must be able to work nights, weekends, and travel when required; join Local 18 IUOE within 60 days; adhere to safety policies and company procedures; perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in an outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Operates loader and various heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reads and follows safety instructions and procedures.
• Maintains good attendance and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Loader with accuracy and safety.
• Ramp stockpiles and load customers timely.
• Assist in equipment breakdowns and maintenance.
• Clean up around plant areas and perform general labor.
• Lubricate equipment and support crew as needed.
