Baldwin Paving Co., Inc currently seeks a Groundsman for our Gainesville, GA asphalt plant. This full-time role reports to the Plant Manager and may support other plants in the Greater Atlanta area as needed.

The position requires flexibility for day or night shifts, weekends, and long hours. Responsibilities include plant operations, maintenance, and safe equipment handling, with travel to assigned sites as required.

• Must be flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends and long hours.
• Safety-focused with adherence to OSHA/MSHA policies.
• Willingness to travel to other plants as needed within Greater Atlanta area.

Responsabilidades

• Assist plant foreperson with daily operations and upkeep.
• Operate a front-end loader and move materials safely.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment; conduct pre-op inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues promptly.
