Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience with plant maintenance or equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to work day or night shifts, weekends as needed and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the plant foreperson with daily operations and upkeep.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required.
• Operate a front-end loader to move materials and conduct pre-operation inspections.
• Detect safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Follow directions and safety protocols.
