Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is hiring Asphalt Paving Equipment Operators in Englewood, CO. This full-time, weather-dependent role may require operating Asphalt Laydown Machine, Skid Steers, and related equipment. Experience preferred; company provides competitive benefits.

ESI offers a 401(k) plan with matching, health and vision coverage, health savings account, life insurance, and paid time off. Work hours typically 7:00am–5:30pm, with some Saturdays or Sundays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt laydown equipment and skid steers per job requirements.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance or damages.
• Keep job site clean and safe at shift end.
• Communicate conditions to Foreman.
