Western Engineering Co., Inc. is seeking experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Members to join our employee-owned team. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in quality workmanship, and are committed to safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include laying asphalt, raking, shoveling, rolling, and operating paving equipment; follow project specifications, meet production goals, and maintain quality workmanship. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous asphalt paving experience required.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, shoveling, and raking.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of asphalt paving (laydown, raking, shoveling, rolling).
• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of paving equipment.
• Work with the paving crew to meet production goals.
• Follow project specs and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
