Responsibilities include laying asphalt, operating paving equipment, and meeting production goals while working outdoors in varying weather. We offer ESOP, a $500 sign-on bonus, paid holidays, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous asphalt paving experience is required.
• Experience with commercial, municipal, or highway paving is preferred.
• Physically demanding work including lifting, shoveling, and raking is expected.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of asphalt paving, including laydown, raking, shoveling, rolling, and skid loader.
• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of paving equipment.
• Work with the crew to meet production goals.
• Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
