Job summary

Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC is seeking a Metro Pavers equipment operator in the Denver, CO area. You will operate roller, paver, skid steer, and milling machines on asphalt projects, inspect and maintain equipment, and work closely with the Foreman and crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6–12 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read English; basic writing/communication.
• Willingness to travel to any jobsite as required.
• CDL/FMCSA English proficiency requirements may apply for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate roller, paver, skid steer, and milling machines to asphalt projects.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment; report issues.
• Coordinate with Foreman, crew, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide excellent service to customers and the public; act as company rep.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site daily.
