Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment.
• Provide a quality product meeting thickness, compaction, and workmanship standards.
• Inspect daily work for quality and proper drainage; joints tightness.
• Train and mentor new crew members and participate in training programs.
• Prepare equipment for transportation and stage it safely for transport.
