Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, in Utah seeks a skilled Equipment and Machine Operator to safely operate asphalt paving and related heavy equipment. You will follow safety protocols, perform vehicle condition reports, and coordinate with foremen to support daily production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior heavy equipment experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with a team across job sites, maintaining quality workmanship and supporting safety

Qualifications

• Reads and follows simple instructions, memos, and short communications.
• Understands basic arithmetic for measurements and quantities.
• Works well with others to complete tasks and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain heavy paving and related equipment.
• Provide a quality product meeting required standards and specs.
• Supervise and coordinate crew activities to meet schedules and estimates.
• Inspect daily work to ensure quality and proper drainage and joints.
• Assist in site cleanup and equipment preparation for next shift.
