Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor for asphalt milling operations. The role requires leadership of construction crews, coordination with project superintendents, and ensuring safety and skill development across the team.

Applicants should have five years of hands-on asphalt milling experience, a valid state hoisting license, and reliable transportation to travel to multiple regional job sites. This position is based on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Valid state hoisting license required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience performing asphalt milling work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of asphalt operations.
• Must possess personal transportation to travel to regional job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership to the construction crew.
• Coordinate project schedules and logistics with Project Superintendents.
• Ensure training, safety mentoring, and skill development of all team members.
• Complete and submit required field logs and documentation.
• Operate heavy milling machinery and support equipment effectively.
