This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring quality production, managing customer relationships, and optimizing plant performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in asphalt production, a passion for safety, and the ability to lead people while balancing production, quality, and customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
